Upon our arrival we were greeted by the front desk person who was obviously in training as her supervisor or manager was lurking nearby pretending not to be listening in. We were dealt with courteously and were given answers to questions we asked OR rather I asked as Antony was busy trying to pretend that he was not a quest and was only there on business for the day (laugh).
We left our luggage and went in search of the room. If I could j kick myself! I forgot to ask for a room closer to the Nude Beach section. I would have more fun watching my fellow quests through my window......oh well.
As stated in all of travel books and message forums on Hedonism II, the rooms are indeed in need of an overhaul but you know what the rooms grew on you... so much that you soon forget how old the bathrooms are considering its expensive to stay at this all inclusive resort. Glass in the ceilings as stated in the brochures, window seats, large dressing tables, CD player, air-conditioning, NO TELEVISION!
Hedonism II serves up a good buffet during the week however I thoroughly enjoy the pastry for which they are renown for. Chocolate Mousse is my favorite. At the bar just order what you want or choose from the many concoctions created by the bartenders, pictures of which are displayed around around the bar. Don't be shy try the Duppy alcoholic beverage....hmmm pretty good!!
Toga Nights are very entertaining. Guests using their white sheets (left in their rooms by the housekeepers) to make togas which can be quite revealing, revealing more than what is necessary to be seen......if you get my drift.

Hedonism II Negril, Jamaica :: Secrets Revealed

Time table for the other days are more raunchy such as Hula Hoop Contest, Pyjama Party on Tuesdays, Singles Tournaments on a Wednesday, Toga Party on Thursdays, Hedonism II Bonfire Party on Fridays, International Night on Saturdays and Oldies Nights where you dress in the clothes of the 60's and 70's on Sundays. You have repeat visitors who knows and keeps abreast of what happening at Hedonism so they are always prepared for pyjama and oldies nights.
At Hedonism II Negril you can never be short on things to do. Frankly guest miss out on seeing the town of Negril and mingling with the local folks and enjoy what the town has to offer. I guess from the number of over 40 crowd that was there, it was okay to just have fun right where you are.
