After clearing Immigration and Customs at the Montego Bay Airport, you must proceed to the Jamaica Tours Limited desk (#21), located inside the Arrivals Lobby. A representative will process your voucher and arrange the transfer to your hotel.
Buses are scheduled to meet each arriving passenger, however, you must advise the company of your flight and hotel details at time of booking or contact the supplier prior to arrival to ensure your seat on the bus is allocated. Contact details for the supplier will appear on your voucher.
